I taught my indoor rowing class this morning at Greenville Indoor Rowing, and now I am sitting by the lake again, watching the rain, with no further plans! If you have too much to do to relax *all* day, at least take a few moments to stop and breathe.

Close your eyes and scan your body. Where are you tense? What muscles can you consciously soften? Are you holding on to any thoughts or ideas that arenβt serving you?
